Seven Star Coffee’s Ethiopian Harrar coffee is a specialty-grade, single-origin coffee with a medium roast. It is a heavy-bodied and fragrant Arabica coffee that is grown in the regions of Kirara and Oromia in Ethiopia at an altitude of 1,780 meters. The Ethiopian Harrar coffee beans are G1 graded beans. Additionally, Ethiopian Harrar coffee is processed naturally, in what is commonly called the “dry” or “unwashed” process. Enjoy!

It is processed fully naturally, sorted by hand, and dried on raised beds and the medium roast helps to bring out the fruity qualities of the coffee.
