Cepheus is a specialty grade, single origin Ethiopian Harrar coffee with a medium-light roast. It is named after the constellation Cepheus, King of Ethiopia in Greek mythology, which can be seen in the northern sky.
VENUS
Venus is our Honduras single origin coffee - an organic coffee with a medium-dark roast. Named after the planet Venus, an important part of Mayan astrology, this single origin coffee is bold and smooth, with notes of caramel, spice, and brown sugar.
